The Founder

Greg Obrochta began his construction career in 1973. Before forming his own company, he was a member of the Roselle, Illinois Fire Department. Mr. Obrochta was the youngest member ever to be accepted into the department and also became their first Paramedic. Greg was also a member of the Schaumburg Fire Department. This gave Greg the opportunity of working as a Fire Fighter / Paramedic and leaning the building trade.

Mr. Obrochta translated his ability to react without hesitation in high pressure life and death situations and ability to deal professionally with people under the most emotional conditions into a calming influence to a client base that feels enormous pressure when undertaking a renovation project on their most valuable asset, their home or business.

As a result the company mission statement was formed.

To build a work environment that is secure, comforting and challenging. To go the extra mile to understand and to be understood. To teach and to be taught. To reach out and improve the quality of living with all those that we meet. To remodel and build a better living at affordable prices for our friends. To leave all those that we meet better for doing so.

Mr. Obrochta has worked and donated his time and money to organizations such as The Larkin Center, Tri City family Services and Clearbrook.

Greg Obrochta has become a trusted advisor to many a client which has resulted in repeat business and referrals.
